Yes. The site is yours, not rented from us. When the term ends you can stay on a rolling monthly plan or take the site elsewhere — we hand over the files, the database and the domain. There is no exit fee and no balloon payment at the end.
The plan carries on month to month and you can cancel with a month’s notice. Nothing renews for another fixed year unless you ask it to. Most clients stay because the hosting, updates and support carry on with them.
No large upfront build cost — that is the whole point of paying monthly. The cost of the build is spread across the term instead of landing as one invoice before your site exists, and your first payment starts once the site is live.
Talk to us rather than simply stopping the payments. We will settle the outstanding build cost and hand the site over. We would far rather part on good terms than hold a business hostage to a contract.
Often, yes. We start with a free audit of what you already have and tell you honestly whether it is better value to optimise the current site or rebuild it. Either route can be paid monthly, and rebuilds use the same custom WordPress development approach as our fixed-price projects. If the work is a front end rebuilt in React or Next.js, that is our frontend development service. If the site is fine as it stands and you only want it looked after, our website care plans cover that on their own.
