No. We take on WordPress sites built by anyone, including ones put together with page builders. We start with a free audit so we know exactly what we are inheriting, and we will tell you honestly if something needs fixing before a plan makes sense.
No — Livan Care is maintenance, not hosting, so you can keep the host you already have and we will work with them. If you would rather have the build, the hosting and the care in one monthly figure, that is our pay monthly websites product instead.
Tell us before you sign up for anything. We will audit the site and quote separately for putting it right, because that is recovery work rather than maintenance. Once it is healthy, a care plan keeps it that way.
Care plans run month to month with a month’s notice. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. We would rather earn the renewal every month than rely on a contract.
Swapping text and images, publishing a post, adding a page using a layout the site already has, updating prices or opening hours. Redesigns, new templates and new functionality are development work — we quote those separately or you move up a plan.
We tell you before we start, not after. Extra work is quoted up front at our standard rate, and if you are regularly going over we will suggest moving up a plan rather than quietly billing you more. Larger pieces of work go through our custom WordPress development process.
